Justin Cornish

Thabo is a founder and consultant at Beacon Consulting, providing our clients with procurement support at a senior level. He is a highly proficient cost management professional, who has delivered large scale multinational cost optimisation programs always underpinned with a Total Cost of Ownership mindset and aimed at ensuring sustainable value delivery.

Thabo has worked with some of the largest multinational corporations. He successfully led and managed Procurement Operations for all of ABInbev's Non-Production Spend & Capital Expenditure including services such as

Justin is the CEO of Lighthouse and founder of Beacon Consulting. He advises on transactions in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa and has extensive experience of acting for both corporates and financial institutions in the procurement of outsourced services and technology.

Justin provides strategic advice and leads in the execution of complex procurement and contracting processes using innovative approaches to executing transactions. 

Justin is a ranked lawyer in Chambers & Partners and is recognised in the Legal 500.

How We Started

The start of Beacon was a formalisation of a relationship that went back many years. Justin and Thabo had worked together on many strategic deals for a wide range of clients around the world, Justin filling the role of legal lead on a deal and Thabo the procurement lead. Both are leaders in their fields. The range of skills needed to manage and close these deals meant that together, Justin and Thabo were a formidable partnership. As clients sought them out again and again, Justin and Thabo officially joined forces to create Beacon Consulting.
